My definition: Vision is the abstract future form that one entity ideally visualizes.

Why a vision is important

• It leads to consistent actions of all particles in the entity to achieve the goal.
• Dilemma: many times one is tempted to make decisions that promise to bring immediate outcomes. The outcome might look good, but the question is whether it is more helpful in the long run to achieve the preset goal.
• Example: if my goal is to become world’s best male model, I definitely wouldn’t want to spend a decade to master analyzing Deoxyribonucleic Acid’s structure.
• In difficult times, when all seem to be getting lost, a leader with a clear vision is one who leads the whole complex out of the jungle.

Ranking among the top students in Australia universities, I was offered lifetime membership at Golde Key International Honour Society in 2006.

I was chosen to be chairman of Vietnam Chapter.
